Robert A. “Bob” Eaton, a retired pile driver, died at his home in Dorchester, Saturday September 15, 2012. Son of the late Grover C. and Loretta E. (Bond) Eaton. Brother of Francis “Sandy” and his wife Ruth “Merrie” Eaton of Quincy. Uncle of Karin Brooks and her husband Ted of Norton and Kirsten Chevalier of Quincy. Granduncle of Jacqui, Abigail, and Amelia. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Saint Peter’s Church (Lower Chapel), 311 Bowdoin St., Dorchester, Wednesday, September 19 at 10:00 AM. Relatives and friends invited. Visiting hours at Dolan Funeral Home, 1140 Washington Street, DORCHESTER LOWER MILLS, Tuesday 5-8 PM. Interment Cedar Grove Cemetery, Dorchester. Bob was a retired member of Pile Drivers Local 56, Boston.
