Catherine “Terri” (Ryan) Ryder, of Milton, formerly of Hingham and Brookline, July 22, 2012. Beloved wife of Kenneth G. Ryder. Devoted mother of Amy C. Pickel and her husband Jeff of Plymouth, Julie M. Lammers and her husband Brendan of Milton. Step mother of Anne R. Wilson and her husband Bob of Wakefield, Jeanne Ryder of NY, & Bruce Ryder and his wife Maura of Millis. Sister of Margaret R. O’Keefe and Joseph N. Ryan both of England and the late Anne Ryan. Grandmother of Mark Wilson, Michelle Ryder, Daniel Ryder, Julia Pickel and Brian Pickel. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St Gregory’s Church, Dorchester, Friday July 27 at 10 o’clock. Visiting hour in the Dolan & Chapman Funeral Home, 5 Canton Ave., MILTON, Thursday 4-8 pm. Interment Private. In lieu of flowers contributions in Terri ‘s name may be sent to either, Norwell V.N.A., 120 Longwater Dr., Norwell, MA 02061, or to Beth Israel Deaconess Cancer Center Fund, c/o Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Office of Development, 330 Brookline Ave., Boston, MA 02215.

I was shocked and saddened to hear about your mother. I just got a message from her on the phone last week. My sympathy goes out to the whole family.
I do remember with pleasure those crazy bocce games at grove street. And the wonderful St. Patrick’s Day parties at your home.
She will be missed.

I was so sad to discover Terri passed away. I will always remember our days working together at Northeastern University 45 years ago. She was such a special lady and I’m just so sorry we lost touch. My heart goes out to the family, may she rest in peace with the other angels.
