Dear Mrs. Campbell, Molly, Colin, Ryan and family,
It is with a very heavy heart that I wish to send my condolences to you on this tremendous loss. I met Dr. Campbell as a young girl. He performed surgery on my mouth when I had braces. My sister Nikki and I also went to St. Mary of the Hills School with Molly and later, Colin. We also would see you all at the Milton Hoosic Club in the summers and I remember meeting Ryan as a very chubby, beautiful, blond haired, bouncing baby boy. I will always remember Dr. Campbell as being so caring and sweet. His smile would light up the room. He made house calls when we had our wisdom teeth out to make sure everyone was ok! He was a wonderful and kind person. My mother Cathy Curley wishes she could be here in Massachusetts to attend the services. She sends her thoughts, prayers and love to you all at this very hard time. May the love of God help you through the coming days, weeks and months ahead. If there is anything I or my family can do to help your family, please do not hesitate to call on us.

Jim was one of my oldest friends at MGH in the Surgical Day Care Unit. He was gentle, kind, loved a good laugh, and was oh so competent in the OR. He was beloved by the nurses and staff. My condolences to Mary Jane and family. Happy Jim is finally at peace.
Jimmy was such a special gift to all who knew him. He bore his burdens with grace, dignity and courage. Never saying why me but often saying why not me. I know he is now in the arms of God who welcomed him saying well done good and faithful servant enter into your eternal reward and find rest in My comfort. Mary Jane, Molly, Colin and Ryan thanks for sharing such a special man with me and my family. I will treasure forever the good times I shared with Jimmy. Rest in peace my friend.
