Dear Brother Donnie, My heart ached and the memories flooded when I sadly happened upon Diane’s obit. while thumbing through the newspaper on my break earlier this evening.I hope you remember me as a co-worker and friend at So. Shore Hosp. Transport Dept. I am so sorry for your loss. Diane was a gem. She had a beautiful soul. I looked forward to and enjoyed every day we worked together. She never let me or the Hosp or the patients down. Diane was hard-working,kind, fun, funny and so loyal. It was a privilege and a pleasure to have her as part of Team Transport. Now to Jillian and Christopher-please know that even while at work your mother’s every thought and action was about and for you. She loved you fiercely and selflessly. I so admired her for that! You were blessed to call her Mom! And Victoria-you were her most precious gift and her true delight. I remember she made a Halloween costume for you and you both trick-or -treated in the Trans. office and other departments where she had friends. You were a darling angel. I can still picture you and your beautiful curls, She was so proud. Your grand-mother was da bomb!I send you and all the family my deepest sympathy.I will be praying for you.May you feel Christ’s peace as you journey through your grief. God Bless you. Denese Conte
